Maggi So Tender Italian Herbs Chicken 23g

Sorry just found another one: Knorr Mealmaker Lemon and Lime marinade32g?

I can't find it on SW website, but I've managed to google the nutiritional information and the syns calculator is saying 4.5 syn per packet

That's great - I'll get four meals out of one packet x
