Fish in breadcrumbs - syns please?

Hi. The biggest supermarket where I live is called Kaufland - I don't suppose there are syns listed for this shop?

I have a bag of 5 pieces of Kaufland Classic Alaska Pollock fillets in breadcrumbs. The bag is 800g so I guess each piece is around 160g. Anybody with an idea what sort of syn value this would have?

I could have it on a red day - synning the fish and crumbs or a hexb for the fish and synning the crumbs with chips being the other hexb.

I could have it on a green day with chips being free and synning the whole fish and crumbs.

Could I have it on an EE day? Would the syns just be the breadcrumbs?

So many questions.....................

Yes it would be good on EE, just breadcrumb syns. But its not good in that most breaded fish portions look to be about 7 syns.
