Costco Hot Dog
Hi
Can any of you lovely people syn a costco hit dog from their food court please?
Nutritional information here
552 calories
32g fat total 12g saturated
1.8g sodium
46g carbs sugars 11g
20g protein
3g fibre
Any help appreciated, just need for future reference as it has been one of my very guilty weekend pleasures!!

I've had to google the weight, which its stating 1/4lb (113g) just for the hot dog.
The nutritional info you've given includes the bun too, but I don't know the weight of that.
Looking just at the hot dog itself though, you're looking at 18.5 Syns.
It'll be another 6 Syns minimum for the roll (it's 6 Syns for an average size finger roll, but the Costco ones are bigger than that)

Thank you very much Sarah. Bit of an eye opener didn't think the hot dog on its own would be that much.
Think I would be better off with a double cheeseburger from McDonald's!

3 Syns per pot
The as prepared bit will just mean once you've added water

That's just for the Costco ones. They aren't your average hot dog! And it's an estimate because SW doesn't list the specific Syns for them.
On average these are your hot dog Syns - better for gauging ones you've bought at least
