Bread and breadcrumbs?

Hi. I use 2 slices from a small loaf most days as a hexb - if I whizz them into breadcrumbs are they still a hexb or would I have to syn them? Is so, how many syns in a tbsp please? I would then use them as a coating or as part of falafels x

Yay AliCat! I found a mushroom falafel recipe and made some last night - they were really nice. I hate most veg but they had my favourites mushrooms, onions, garlic. So, the breadcrumbs can be a hexb and the cheese a hexa and the rest free. Really pleased about that as I struggle for snacks on a green day. Raw carrots and sticks of celery - er, no thanks! xxx
