Hi! Can someone please remind me? Chickpeas, lentils, barley and any pulses are only free on green days, right? So if I made a houmous dip on a red day I'd have to syn it? Is that right?Many thanks
You can have 110g chickpeas/115g lentils (whole, green or brown) as a hex b choice. Pearl barley would have to be synned at 5 syns per 100g cooked weight (on average)
On a green day, you can have any amount of chickpeas, pearl barley, or lentils (all varieties) as part of your free food intake.
