If the cocnut milk is classed as low fat it's 4.5 syns per 100ml, but if it's normal/full fat, it's 9 syns per 100ml
As for the coconut cream - Waitrose Essential Coconut Cream (160ml can) is 17.5 syns, and Blue Dragon Coconut Cream, UHT (1 level tbsp) is 1.5 syns
It only lists one brand for anything more than tbsp, which is the waitrose one...

Hopefully it gives you an idea at least!

Me too hevj! That's a lot of syns sarahc. I take it a fresh coconut is just as bad? I'll go and check on the calories on my never-heard-of brands and see how bad they are! I wish I had a syn book - is it OK if I bother people all the time asking what's this n what's that? I could buy a book but the postage is crazy - guess I'll try and do the 20 calorie = 1 syn and see how I get on. Feeling fat today - and hungry - I wasn't last week (my first week). Really need to sort the freezer out for meats and get my menus organised. They're all in my head at the moment. Right off to look at coconut cream cals xxx

Coconut flesh is 4.5 syns for 25g (you can have 35g for your healthy extra B choice, or 6 syns)

The 1 syn per 20 cals gives you a pretty good idea at least. But it only applies to things that don't have a free food listed as the very first ingredient.
But yes, ask away and we will help where we can
