Trying to find out the syn values for the mini moos/moo free vegan chocolate bars, all varieties. I think they are about 7 syns, but I'm not sure. Thank you

Hello Naomi hope you are well beond do a raw chocolate bar which I think is less syns but a good source of protein naked bars are also pretty good but not sure they are vegan. Also Holland and Barrett have them moo free bars buy one get one half price at the moment so you can save some pennies x

I haven't seen those Kevanova. Are they Vegan ?

Thank you so much Mummybear12 ! I'll have a look for the Beond bars, I've not heard of those before. My Holland & Barrett doesn't sell the Moo Free bars 😔 I'll have another look though, incase they have them in now. I think Nakd bars are quite high in syns ?

Some are about five syns the ones with crispy things in are and the banana one is lush. I haven't got any at the moment too check. I get beond at amazon though I you google pulsin I believe you can get mixed boxes with them directly x
