Tesco 0% fat greek style split pot yoghurts?

Hey guys!

I was just wondering if anybody knew the syn value of the Tesco Red Fruit Split Pot Yoghurt? They come in a pack of 4, with 2 cherry and 2 strawberry, and it says on the packet 'Tesco 0% Fat Greek Style Split Pot'. I bought some anyway in the hope that they'd only be a couple of syns... fingers crossed!

Here's all the info I can get:

Ingredients:

Fat Free Greek Style Yogurt (Milk) (76%), Water, Strawberry (8%), Sugar, Strawberry Purée (1%), Cornflour, Colour (Anthocyanins), Flavouring

Typical Values 1Each pot (150g) contains no more than
Energy 465kJ (110kcal)
Protein 9.3g
Carbohydrate 17.0g
Sugars 17.0g
Fat 0.5g
Saturates 0.3g
Fibre 0.3g
Salt 0.3g

Thank you in advance! x

I assume they're the Heathly Living ones? If so, cherry is 1 syn, strawberry is 0.5

Ahh they don't say healthy living on them! I'm too new to post a photo or link, but I'll try again in a few days and just hope they're 0.5 syns for now haha. They can't be that bad.

Thank you!

They seem to be the only ones on the website, so I would say they were the same thing

Hi slimmingrambles,

I've copied the image into your post (sorry the spam filter is a necessary evil). I've also up'd your post count to 10 so you don't get caught by it again
