They are 2.5 syns each

Just checking, have you heard about the Slimming World products Icelands sell?

Are they the frozen Sainsburys Be Good to Yourself Pork Sausages, or the reduced fat ones? The normal ones are 2.5 syns as Asheighjane said, but the reduced fat are 1.5 each

If you ever get stuck, Weight Watchers Premium Cumberland or Premium Pork Sausages are only 1/2 a syn each.
Tesco Healthy Living are 1 syn each for the Pork or Cumberland ones

The SW ones in Iceland that Asheighjane mentioned are syn free, but I can't comment on those as I've not tried them, but they're £3.00 for 6, so it depends how nice they are in my opinion...

Ladies you are both stars. Thank you so much. they are the reduced fat ones so I am happy for 1.5 syns each. Thanks again xx

That's interesting! 2.5 syns each. I've steered clear of sausages for ages because I've assumed that were really high in syns?

What are the 1.5 syn ones like? Are they quite dry? Guessing without a little bit of fat the would be.

I think I'll be going home from work via sainsburys tonight

Some of them can be really high, I just check them before I buy them, or have a look on the app whilst I'm in store

Some can be dry, but with lashings of beans and plum tomatoes they're really good lol
I personally prefer Tesco Healthy Living or WW to Sainsbury's (I've only had the chilled ones from Sainsbury's though)
