If you can post a pic of the packet, or post the nutritional information I can work it out.

Not sure they are all that sw friendly. Most wraps and sandwiches which don't use part of your HE have about 10+ syns and that's just the bread and condiments. Having said that tuna is free on EE.
Will see if I can work it out from the ingredients.

They never are SW friendly. The wrap alone is usually around 8/9 syns, and there will also be some form of mayo/dressing on it too which will bump up the syns. As much as tuna is free, it won't be the main ingrdient (they're always stingy on the fillings lol)
I've found some info, and going off those numbers that's calculating at 13.5 syns, but it isn't accurate.
To get an accurate reading, I'd need the pack weight and the list of nutritional info (the per 100g numbers) for Kcal, protien, fat & carbs.

I use the calculator on the SW website
Do you know what the overall pack weight is?

Basing it on being 170g for the overall pack weight, it works out at 13.5 syns

To be fair, it's probably better than a lot of other sandwiches, etc. but always consider that the wraps aren't cheap syn-wise... maybe if you are caught out like that again, go for something on wholemeal bread, you can at least deduct 6 syns from it if you count one slice as your healthy extra b or, the boots shapers salads... they still have syns, but a lot less than the wraps/sandwiches.
For example, the Moroccan style roasted veg salad is only 2.5 syns, so a much better choice
