This is one for those on Slimming World. I was wondering what everyone drinks when it comes to alcohol? I get confused when it comes to "light" drinks. Are they really that light, or does that not come into it when counting Syns?

What low syn alcohol do you drink and how many syns are in it?

I drink vodka and Pepsi Max. The Pepsi is syn free and 2.5 syns per shot of vodka

Same here. Vodka and Diet coke @ 2.5 syns

Gin and slimline tonic = 2.5 Syns

Does anyone know why their are Suns in vodka

There are syns in all types of alcohol because they do not contain any free foods, and contain sugars/etc. that are not free on the plan.

Just a note, Vodka has increased now to 3 syns per 25ml, Gin is also 3 syns per 25ml.

Bacardi and Malibu are 2.5 syns per 25ml, but Martini Extra Dry is 2.5 syns per 50ml.
