Syns in Maggi "So Juicy" for Chicken

Has anyone tried these Maggi's cook in the bag for chicken? I'm on EE so the chicken is syn free. There is only so much plain chicken I can take

I'm guessing they must be pretty low in syns as they are herbs, spices and flavorings(?) Anyone know how many syns they are?
