I bought the shredded wheat more for a crunchy snack rather than a breakfast food and they are okay in that regard.
There are 190 calories in 25 biscuits. That is a lot of crunching for the calories but that doesn't include milk if you eat them that way. The fat count is really low. It's only at 1 gram. Carbs are very high at 47 grams per serving but you can subtract the 6 grams of fiber from that. Plus, they do have 5 grams of protein and all the necessary vitamins and minerals added.
All in all, not a bad cereal for a snack or meal if you are careful how many of the biscuits you eat. I'm not too keen on this blueberry flavor, though. It's not bad, but I think I like the regular ones better.
