I need to get more speed foods in, doing well lunch and evening but prob need more at breakfast..I usually have cereal, banana and yogurt..

You're doing great to lose 7lb in your first 2 weeks Kazzy

I used to struggle getting my speed foods in sometimes, but as you get used to the plan, you find you eat more than you realise sometimes

Tomorrow is the start of a new week for me, so hopefully it'll be better from then on!

another 2lb off for me this week, yay!!
I've used my manual scales this week as my digital scales seem to be fluctuating wildly, to the extent its weighing 1-2 lbs difference in say 1 hour, which I don't believe to be accurate..??
anyway I'm pleased with the 2lb off! I'm sticking to plan and haven't gone over my syns this week, here's to another good and fulfilling week!

Hi kazzy..i lost 2lbs on monday which im delighted with😆 i used to weigh myself at my sisters on a sunday..and used to be disapointed with wat it showed me so now im only goin by the sw scales..well dne on your 2lb weightloss..i hope you have another good week x

That's great Aurora!! I'm really pleased for you !!

I don't go to group but at Christmas I bought some mechanical scales from littlewoods which I'm going to use as the digital ones I have are made by weight watchers, they vary so much . I cam hop on one minute and it gives me a different result five minutest later !!

Aww i hate scales like that😆especially wen u gt loss and your yahooing and den it goes up following one 😂fair play to you for doin it by ursrlf..dat takes dedication..god dis week is taken its toll...im bored with it 2b honest..its like..on my sw fb page wer i live..ppl put up syn free food and im lookin at it and thinkin aww its not the same as the real thing..i went over my syns today so having none 2moro or mon as my weigh in day but iv been exercising so hope that helps..and was away today and theres nothin to eat healthy anywer.wat do u do??... hopefully i get a loss

I've had a couple of days where I've gone over my syns, and I know a couple of people at work who do it, fairly regularly, but it depends as you say what food they have in or what food they have to use up before going for a shop.
its 105 syns over the week so I'm sure things will even themselves out, best of luck, I'm sure you'll be fine
any exercise is bound to help; I usually go swimming a couple of times a week but I've been busy doing other stuff, but I do a lot of walking so hopefully that will reflect itself in my weight loss
