Oh heck Tina, do you know why you've gained? Sometimes it's a slip up, but sometimes it might be fluid retention, lots of exercise, time of the month etc. Don't beat yourself up, unless you deserve it!

½lb off for me which is better than nothing! I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever lose my final 5lbs without starving myself! I have to have a realistic diet due to my M.E. otherwise I'd spend my life in bed. How on earth am I going to get to target and maintain without exercise or cutting all my carbs

Come on now! half a lb with 5lb to go is a GREAT way to lose. You will be able to look at maintenance when you get there, and it won't be nearly as hard because you're used to losing a small amount rather than lbs. You WILL get there, just have faith. ((hugs))

I agree with Purplej. Being so close to target means it will be hard to lose the last bit especially due to weight fluctuations. You'll get there

I lost ½lb again this week
I'm pleased about this because I'm not rigidly sticking to plan any more but more healing my body from the inside with natural non-processed foods.
I'll be really pleased if from now on I just don't have a big gain.

Fantastic shows you can do both - and chipping away to that target too. Well done.
