Hi guys, been back on slimming world for the past 7 days (doing it from home) Can report a 3.25lb loss this week

Woo, great loss! I'm just heading to weigh in. Hoping my gain (deserved as I've been off plan all weekend) isn't too small

I gained 1lb which I'm OK with. Fully focussed with a 2lb mini target. I would love to get my stone award in the next 2weeks but definitely 3!

Week 5 weigh in tomorrow

Off to my 5th weigh in tomorrow, hopefully will lose something, I've lost 1st 3.5lb so far so feeling happy with my progress so far, slimming world seems to be clicking in my brain this time, hoping to stayed motivated, reading everyone else's slimming world posts is helpful.


Week 1: -7lbs
Week 2: -4lbs
Week 3: -5lbs
Week 4: -1.5lbs
Week 5: -4lbs

Just back from weigh in, 4lbs off, 1st 7.5lbs in five weeks, slimmer of the week also, feeling very pleased with my progress so far.

Week 1: -7lbs
Week 2: -4lbs
Week 3: -5lbs
Week 4: -1.5lbs
Week 5: -4lbs
