It's Unislim it's kind of the Irish version of SW although we now have SW over here too. Very similar to it, more similar than to any of the others anyway lol. It's based on low GI and we can have unlimited veg and most fruits like SW xx

Well done on the planning for being out.

I'm doing great today too not eaten anything naughty - nothing in the house thats bad to eat lol. I also just did my Tesco online shop and the naughtiest thing on it is a pack of Twister ice lollies which our leader recommended as they're low in yums (syns). Also got the little lad a couple of small bags of sweets but I won't be touching those lol

Heres my day:
B- Weetabix with skimmed milk
L - Melon and grapes and apple pack ...then later 5 crackerbreads (5 syns) and cottage cheese.
Tiny slice of cripsy cake, and 2 bites of hubbys peanut brittle bar - not sure of syn value, but dont think it will be over 10 for the both.

T- Fish, new potatoes, sweetcorn and green beans.

S- apple.

So not a bad day, but must stop nibbling of stuff i shouldnt!!

Lots of green tea, water and 15minutes on my exercise bike which burnt 380cals.

I'm on SW! Been on since Feb and lost 1st 8.5lbs (which really isn't good at all! but I'm terrible for having 'weeks off'). Been quite bad this weekend but I'm hoping I was good enough in the week that it doesn't affect too bad ;-)

How much does everyone have to lose? I started at 21st 4lbs, I don't even have a goal yet I'm just happy it's going down, slowly but surely!

I've had a naughty weekend! I had macdonalds friday lunch and Chicken chow mien for dinner, then saturday I had left over chow mien for lunch and beans on wholemeal toast for dinner, I somehow managed to lose a lb even after all that!
Today we went shopping so I had a cheese and ham panini while we was out and I've just had a nice chicken salad.
Back on it tomorrow as always lol!

How's everyone's weekend been?

I use Slimming World recipes and concepts but still calorie count using my fitness pal. Will pop some good slimming world recipes up when I get a chance.

I had a 1lb gain over night (I weigh daily) AF due at the weekend so think the reason could be that. Hoping its off before weigh in on thursday.

Got munchies too. Not for bad foods, just for anything. Fruit, mullers etc. But trying not to go over what id normally eat. Not easy tho is it, when theres that nagging in your brain! lol

Totally forgot to post ! Lost 5lbs for weigh in :-)
Would have liked more-going to be reeeeeally good this week. Had a raspberry ripple cupcake at costa coffee before though, going to guess it was my full syn allowance for the day. Ah well. Muller and fruit for pudding for me then tonight eh ;-)
Hope everyone is staying on track.....
