Hi Everyone, first time on here so hope I ma doing this right! I am starting slimming world again and wondered if anyone knew if the Alpro Coconut Milk was still a HEA and if not how many Syns in it? I use to use it as an alternative to coconut milk in recipes. thanks in advance!

Alpro Coconut Longlife Drink Alternative 1 Litre
Its not the unsweetened one sadly. Its found in the UHT section of the supermarkets.
