ORS

So, on my travels, I frequently find myself dehydrated, and have gotten into a habbit of taking these Oral Rehydration Salt tablets in a drink, which helps a lot.

I just noticed they have glucose in them, does anyone know if there is any syn values or if just taboo?

I tried to upload an imagine but got confused lol.

Inside it has:

Potassium 193mg
Chloride 350mg
Sodium 277mg
Glucose 3.27g

Looking at the ingredients I don't think there are any syns for Oral Rehydration Salt tablets O.R.S .... On a quick look some of the flavored hydration tablets have a reallyyyyy low calorie count but personally I'd say nothing to syn.

If in doubt for such a low number I always discounted it, like sugar in coffee

When I am dehydrated, it makes a world of difference. Normally if I hit that point, it takes a good sleep and a LOT of water. But one of these and a pint of water and I feel good again.
