Fell off the wagon

So I fell off the wagon, and have not posted here in … YEARS!

So starting again, in worse condition than I started 4 years ago!

I am updating a blog on my progress, to try and motivate myself to keep this up! Day 1 done, Day 2 in progress!

Hey wobbles, I didn't just fall off it, I broke it! Damn wagon!

Day one was really a big shop, loads of vegs etc. and trying to remember what is syn free and what is not. So dug out my wives old book. I imagine there are newer ones? Worth getting? I am pretty much going to write each day until weight check once a week on the blog then see how it goes. Its good having support, even if its just a few likes

Ah, I didn't know that with the signature and will do now. Thank you

Yer throw it in, means it gets seen every post you make

Slimming World is always changing I think, you could use the old books or go for something new. Depends how long ago your books are from on what has changed.

I love the veg shops. I also love our local veg man who delivers but found I didn't always use everything so hated the waste.

You've got this!!!

Magic, thank you!

Yeah, I panic started yesterday and done it all in Tesco. The amount of plastic breaks me, so will be going to the market on Saturday to stock up again instead! much fresher aswell!

Tell you what I noticed, Morrisons now have paper bags for their loose veg and for shopping bags. I don't go very often as other stores are more stocked and closer anyway so that was nice.... in reference to your plastic. Things are changing slowly aren't they but at least more people are also recycling correctly in the mean time.

Yeah, Morrisons are good with that, but really out of the way for me. Local market is always a good shout. Totally agree, things are changing! I work in West Africa, and the amount of waste plastic is frightening. Glad we are moving in the right direction here!

So a quick update. I weighed myself this morning and since 2 weeks ago, I have lost 15lb!!! Massive difference and feeling good about it, although I know it will go slower from now on.
