Cooked fruit

Is it definitely true that cooked fruit is a healthy extra? I've heard other people say you have to syn it! But I don't have much in the house to use right now to use for my healthy extra (B)... but I do have some raspberries in the fridge. So if I were to cook them they could automatically become a healthy extra? Confused, lol!

Generally any cooked/pureed/mashed fruit should be synned.
However, there are some that are listed as a healthy extra choice. The SW website confirms that Raspberries, pureed/cooked (250g) would count as a B choice.
I did post some Healthy Extra lists here somewhere, I'll try to update them to include the cooked/canned fruit list too

Thanks Sarah! I'm curious as to why the reason they become healthy extras or syns when cooked? And yes I still have that brilliant list on my computer that you made... that's where I saw it on Very helpful!
