Low weight loss for first two weeks!
Hi everyone! This is my first post on here! I started slimming world only 2 weeks ago, I lost two pound the first week and nothing this week, I’m currently 11st 3 and want to get down to 9st 7ish eventually, as that’s the healthy weight for my height. I’m 5ft1 did anyone lose weight slowly to begin with? I was hoping to actually lose a little more than that and this week I haven’t lost anything!?
Everyones bodies are different...have you done measurements?

if I drink any alcohol my weight stops completely for a week...
