- Chicken Curry. It's a very simple recipe that 99% of the time the ingredients are already in the house so I don't have to shop for it.
- Teriyaki Salmon & noodles. This is form one of the magazines years ago and it's a firm favourite in my house. The sauce is made up from soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tomato puree, chilli flakes (there's something missing but I can't remember what!)
- Diet coke/pepsi chicken or gammon.
- Burger in a bowl.
