Do you syn EVERYTHING?

I'm just wondering if you syn everything? I don't

It doesn't seem to effect my efforts and weight loss.

Things I don't syn
Butter if and when I use it
My 1 sugar in the one coffee I have in the morning
Gravy, I don't have much
Salad sauces
Squirt of natural honey in porridge because it's good for you

I prefer to feel relaxed about it all or I get too stressed.

Personally, I do when I'm on plan. Down to the last piece of chewing gum.
I've found that if I don't, I start to let other things slip and I find that I'm not synning the bigger things thinking that I can get away with it.

If you aren't someone who uses all their syns anyway, not synning a few things won't make a huge difference.
However, I use every single syn 99% of the time, so to not count syns for everything and still use some things each day without adding those syns too, I would go over quite often.

If it's working, stick with it, but if anything changes, start adding those syns on too

Very disciplined Sarah I think it's because like you say I don't have them often and I don't use all my syns.
