Bread crusts (at bottom of bag)?

Hi... today I had my usual 2 slices of Warburtons Wholemeal Bread (400g) as a healthy extra, but I used the last bit at the bottom of the bag (the crusts). I probably should've checked on here first... but are the crusts more than a healthy extra, and therefore need to be synned? They obviously appear much bigger than a normal slice of bread. Any help would be appreciated.

If you got technical, they may weigh more than the 60g specified for the hex b choice, however, the SW website doesn't like them as being any different (they've never specified crusts on there!) so I would count them as 2 slices in your normal B choice.

It's not like you eat them everyday so it won't cause your syns/healthy extras to be off track

Thanks Sarah! That's fine then, no harm in checking!

I wouldn't have thought you count it any more than your normal ... personally even if I did compare and it weighed a slight bit more I wouldn't think twice calculating it into my food as I would an uncrusted piece x
