Hi thanks for asking I’m doing well. This is week 5 for me now I think anyway. Lost 9lbs so far. Although have just ripped out the carpet in bathroom where my scales live so they sitting on flat wooden surface and they reading lower by a pound. So I moved them into bedroom on carpet and they go up a pound. Haha. Wondering if I wasn’t as heavy as I thought to begin with. Anyway I’m taking the bathroom reading without carpets gospel 😂 I’m just about to post a new subject about Toby Carvery they are very naughty. They informed me last night butter is in every veg. Not sure if it’s just my local one but people need to know this I’m fuming I eat once a week there 😢 x

Doesn’t matter where you weigh on carpet or hard floor as long as you weigh the same place every time.

Your starting weight would have been one on carpet and less on hard floor or something... but as long as after that you weigh the same place every time you will know how much you have lost.

My experience was that nobodies scales in any group I have been in have been the same as doctors ones or Slimming World ones 😆

So take the lower one. Every time 😆

Agreed. Thinking of ripping all the carpets up in house just to make sure I always weigh less lol
