Hi guys,
I lost a stone and a half last year on slimming world then ended up slipping back to comfort eating and have put it back on. I have been back on SW again for about a month and have lost 0.5 pound overall. I am gutted as it worked so well the last time. I am not cheating but I am doing a lot more exercise. 5-6 classes a week. My clothes are slightly loser but the scales read heavier most weeks.
Has anyone found exercising being detrimental to their weight loss? Not sure if I am doing too much or not eating enough to compensate, etc?
Is variety the key to losing on SW as I end up eating the same foods before and after class just now.
Would love to hear if anyone else had similar problems. It is really getting me down now.
