I'm a little confused about this (bread always confuses me, lol)... I had 2 slices of the Hovis Seed Sensations - Sunflower & Pumpkin Seed today but have no idea if it is counted as a healthy extra or not? I can't find it in Sarah's excellent healthy extras document so I thought it might be synned :P It doesn't say wholemeal in the title although it says it is made with 'wholemeal flour' so... pretty confused? :P Anyone who can help?
It gets confusing when looking at seeded breads, so many are just synned and can't be used as a B choice.
However, this particular one can be
