Hi everyone. I am looking forward to trying this.
Did WW in 2003 and got rid of 4 stone over 2 years. WW has changed alot over the years and I thought I would try the SW instead this time. But over the years the pounds and stones have all crept back on and I am at a stage where I don't feel nice about myself. Hate going to buy clothes, etc...
Anyway I have a friend who has been doing it and she has done really well. We live in Portugal so no chance of meetings anywhere. Have done research on the internet, Pinterest, anything I can find to help me understand how it all works in order to shift the pounds. My friend is a great help as her sister comes over from time to time and brings the books and info she gets from the meetings in the UK. So I scan the info from the books and sheets, charts, etc.
And that is why I am here on this forum...to share, gain info on this eating plan.
So let me see how I get on. Got my notebook to keep a food diary so that I know what I am eating, etc.
