Any tips / advice?

Thanks everyone for all your advice, I've only had one cup of tea today with low fat milk (as opposed to my normal 6 cups!!!)

I'm also three quarters through my 2litres of water so that's keeping the tea cravings away

Went to the zoo with the OH Saturday and walk 9,785 steps, hoping to finish work a little earlier today (6pm as opposed to 7/8pm) and go for a walk.. hoping the bodymagic will help with a loss.

I wasn't very good when it came to lunch today (although it was a lot healthier than what I'd normally have had) I had a white roll with chicken (skinless), lettuce and coleslaw. But back to plan this evening with SW meatball meal from Iceland
