weight loss stall?

Hi

I lost six pounds in my first couple of weeks of starting slimming world but now I seem to be stuck at 13 stone and haven't lost anything this week. as far as I can tell i'm following the diet plan but nothing seems to be coming off this week.

is it just that it takes a while or am I doing something wrong?

from what I can tell by my food journal, I'm not eating junk and overeating but can anyone see what they think?

My main suggestions are:
Use your syns. You do seem to be using them though, so that's good.
Drink lots of water. This doesn't count fizzy stuff, and some people say drinking tea & coffee counteracts the other water because of the caffeine. Don't know how true that is, but I don't drink tea or coffee so can't comment! You should aim to drink 2 litres a day.
Make sure that 1/3 of your plate is filled with speed foods. At least 1/3 of your plate should be speed form the fruit & veg list, but remember, bananas, cherries, grapes aren't part of this list (along with some others that I can't remember off the top of my head!)
Measure your A & B choices. Going over on these without knowing can increase how many syns you are using, which has a surprising impact on the rest of your week!

Also, if you are hungry, eat something. You should be eating enough to be full, so don't think that a big plate of veg and meat is too much. If you want it all, eat it. Don't starve yourself

today i added a microwave steam bag of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots to my lunch of rice and tuna, would something like this be a good way to up how many speed foods i eat a day?

So that'd make it my forest fruits and strawberries for my morning break. Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots for my lunch, then vegetables with my evening meal. as well as snacking on fruit such as satsumas when peckish?

Theres another microwave pack that contains baby corn and sugar snap peas as well as broccoli that looks good too.

I drink a lot of green tea, although that probably doesn't count towards the 2 litres of water im supposed to be drinking a day

Those steam bags of veggies ideal!
Once you have all the proper info you'll be able to see it all in front of you, which makes it easier to understand IMO

Green tea is good, helps with digestion I've been told! If you don't think you're drinking enough water though, I would defo try to increase that if you can. It's surprising how much it helps with losses

You should stick to your exercise routine, follow a balanced diet, and drink detox water.
