Re-heating left overs

So I made an amazing chilli (if I do say myself) lean mince peppers onions kidney beans ❤❤heavenly and a side of corn on the cob so lots of speed! I have left overs has anyone frozen rice and chilli together? Just wondering about re-heating together?

I just casually put left over rice and chilli in a tub and only just had a thought about reheating them in the microwave together 😬

Yes I do. Just make sure you heat it thoroughly.
If you defrost it first it'll be easier, but if you cook it from frozen, keep mixing it up whilst heating it to make sure it's fully heated
Rice is something you need to make sure that it's reheated fully because you're more likely to be ill from that rather than the chilli (odd, but true apparently!)

By the way, sweetcorn/corn of the cob isn't speed food, it's just free food. But you've got peppers, onion and I assume tomatoes in there so that fab!
