Thank you all for the help! I got my machine for Christmas before I decided to join SW so I have another 2 boxes of about 12 flavoured pods to go through. I'm trying to limit myself to one of them a day, and if I have it with the Almond Milk (which I've discovered I absolutely love) then I don't need to have sugar.

After they're gone though I'm definitely going to stick to just regular coffee - this is far too complicated :P

Perfect, thank you guys all so much.. these ideas really help!

Ive went out and purchased some almond milk as I actually do like it.. so hopefully that will be enough!
Glad to be of help and that you find the almond milk drinkable. It is quite nice, isn't it?

Use your syns. You need to use them to help lose weight. It sounds ridiculous, but trust me. I've been with SW for 6+ years and the number of people who I see come through those doors disappointed with a small loss or even a maintain when they've been on plan, but when we get into it, they've just not used enough syns.
There's a reason SW recommended a minimum of 5 a day. Your body needs things that aren't speed, protein or free foods.
Start by using 5 each day, and build from that. Don't force them but make sure you use them some way.

The blow out happens to everyone.
On your second week, were you using any syns? People avoid them thinking they'll lose more but it's not true. You need to use at least 5 each day, that's why you get the 5-15 allowance.
People who avoid their syns will generally have an amazing loss one week, but then gain or maintain the following week.

If it wasn't our syns, what did you do differently?
