Nope makes sense. I read somewhere about those instant porridges not being heb though as it's only 25g so doesn't make up the fibre or something so that's why I asked

That is right about the instant porridge. The ones in the tubs where you just add water are about 9-13 Syns each, so avoid those at all costs (unless that's where you want to use your Syns of course!)
But it's purely that the fibre content in the sachets isn't quite right.
The best porridges are the ones in the boxes/packets where you have to measure it out. To save time, I used to measure out a weeks worth and put them in those little plastic baggies so I could just tip them into my bowl each morning. I'd always forget to weigh it otherwise! (And wouldn't have time)

Yeo Valley Organic Bio Live yogurt, 0% fat, natural is syn free.
The vanilla one is 4 Syns for a 320g pot (6 Syns for the 450g pot)

Lemon curd can vary depending on brand...

They are free providing they are the plain ones.
Just be on the look out for any flavoured ones, or any that have something along the lines of 'special' or deluxe' etc. in the description. Those have been either injected with a sugar syrup mixture, or coated in a sugar baste. Either way they aren't free!

I had 3 eggs on 2 small toast this morning. Cooling an Iceland meal with rice and greenbeens for lunch. I can get a lot of protein in on this diet which is great for gym work

It's great for protein! And because it helps keep you feeling full, you're less likely to pick in between meals
