No more hunger pangs

This is a first for me, I have been following SW for just over two weeks and I realised yesterday that I am no longer hungry. I put this down to the fact that my sugar intake has been greatly reduced and I am now eating a lot more protein. I try to incorporate protein in all my meals and diced potatoes done in my air fryer are my new favourite. I now feel that for the first time ever that I can do this, it is just a pity that it took me to the age of 68 to realise it.

I feel confident that if I can stay away from added sugar and chocolate I will get there.

That's brilliant Thistledown!
It's surprising how you can suddenly realise that you don't feel hungry constantly, or that you suddenly aren't craving the naughtier foods

Keep up the good work!
