Healthy extra B

Hi, I was just wondering if I'm correct in hearing that a wholemeal bread mix from Aldi is classed as your hex B??

I'm going to use it as a pizza base and make a bread roll for burger & chips one night so just wanted to check this was correct

I hope so, I'm already dreaming of the pizza!!!

Thanks

Hope this helps

Aldi The Pantry, Crusty Wholemeal Bread Mix, cooked as per pack instructions 60g made up = B choice

Just to confirm to you that it is 60g cooked weight. and not 60g weighed before you cook it.

Dude that's SUCH a good idea using it as the pizza base. Would you let me know how it works out?
