2nd time newbie lol any hints

Does anyone not find the whole thing exciting but extremely daunting ! Iv so many weak moments were I think I could just have that bar choc but I made a promise !!!
What would be a good snack for night shift if you wanted something other than fruit !! ?

I sympathize with working shifts. Good snacks would be free yogurts, free MugShots, babybels (hea) or make some free soup (the SW tomato recipe is really good). Or make up salad with pasta or rice and some protein.
I used to have a bit of chocolate most days. Just some squares of high quality dark choc or a lower syn choc biscuit. You can do it within your syns. Options hot chocolate is also quite good for curbing a craving and only 2 syns

Loads of free yoghurts the danone light & free are good bit thicker consistency than muller light, like Ali said soups are great, there are lower syn choc options curly wurly (6), 2 finger kit-kat (5.5) milky way single bar (5) on the SW website some great syn free dips take those with carrot batons, cucumber, celery etc...

Thank you Ali and Andy yes I tend to keep it plain for the moment but I'm intending to get better as I learn the recipes etc ! Baby bell I love so shall get on for tonight work also il defo look at the dips. I think if I'm going to have Syns have proper choc and rest of day eat very clean plain food plus fruit but if I'm going to have a sauce with Syns in it I will not have choc that evening 😿

As much as I can't help with the night shift issue, I agree with both Ali's and Andy's comments.

Don't avoid things if you want them, a bar of chocolate in the fridge is ideal if you can break a couple of squares off each day and make it last. And I love Options too!
If not, buy specifically smaller things (Freddos are 5 syns) like Andy says and then you know exactly how many syns you are using

You should always use at least 5 per day, but don'#t be afraid to use your full 15 if you need to. That's why they are there
Plus I've seen so many people who avoid their syns lose very little compared to those who use more each day. Using them helps lose weight as odd as it may sound!

I've not tried them myself, but the Arla Protein yogurts are supposed to be very filling and very tasty.

You should feel proud! That's fantastic

It is all about mind set, which is why I know I've struggled recently, but you seem to be so on track and that's fabulous

Is there any particular brand or flavour you're thinking of?

The syns can vary so much, but for a Tikka Masala sauce I would say your minimum is 15 syns for a whole jar (Co-op Good Life Tikka Masala Sauce (500g jar) up to 30.5 syns for Marks & Spencer Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce, Mild (350g jar)
