Some ideas I can think of (I'm very basic when it comes to breakfast - I have fruit and a hifi bar, but I enjoy that
)
Overnight Oats - alternate layers of your B choice of porridge oats (35g), yogurt and berries (fresh or frozen - the frozen ones are good when they defrost as you get the excess juice too
)
Fruit & yogurt with 35g Shreddies (or whichever cereal you prefer)
What about batch cooking and freezing meals? Every 2-3 weeks I spend a Sunday doing loads of cooking (about 3 different types of meals) and then freeze most of them so that when I have no time I can just grab something to zap in the microwave.
My mum finds these perfect when she works a 2-10 shift.
Batch cooking reduces how often you need to cook after/before work, and saves you from grabbing something that could send you off track.
