I personally think your right there, even when i was having a tough time at home and went there to get away from it, i still wasnt made to feel welcomed even when i said what was going on. Are you still doing WW?

No.. not now. I'm calorie counting and keeping my carbs as low as possible which is very difficult for me as I do love a bit of bread.
i have a very large group at s/w. we have gold award. my consultant is always there for everyone. she goes around and talks to everyone. i had a hard time as my dad died suddenly no warning at all. she was there for me. got me a card and a bunch of flowers. text me loads aswell. she has been supporting me loads which is very luckly.
i think it helps as she really loves her job and is always there to help anyone.
