1st week going well 👊

Well day 5 today and feel like I'm doing really well. I've stayed on plan so far and had no wobbles fingers crossed the week will end this way and a loss to say well done lol. Weigh in day on Thursday. Got to say I was so proud of myself today I sat with a bowl of fruit at lunch time while the hubby ad fish chips and peas from chippy!! It killed me but I did it! Didn't even pinch a chip. I'm just constantly thinking about food tho at the minute and wondering what my next meals will be. I'm trying to plan each morning for that day. How's ur week going guys and gals xxx

Glad your first week is going so well. And very well done on the resistance of a chippy! They always smell so greasy to me it's not particularly appealing anymore
You sound like you're doing great so far!

Would it be more beneficial for you to plan for the whole week? Personally, that's what helps me... I know why my meals are and I look forward to them and know what's coming next.
Might help you with the constantly about what your next meal is. Plus it could help stave off any impulse buys that may send you off track?

Well done on resisting the chips Sounds like your first week is going great. I think being on a plan/diet you do become a bit food obsessed, I do find myself looking at recipes far more often than I used to. I'm in my second week back on SW, and so far so good though like you I am thinking about food all the time! I like Sarah's advice about planning the whole week - I did do that last time on SW, don't know why I haven't done it so far this time, so thanks Sarah!

Hope you have a great weigh in

Marie

Oh the chip shop trips at the beginning when OH & the kids had them was torture but when they had finished and all was put away I felt great not to cave. It got easier the more I resisted.

Could you plan some SW chips in advance - Click? If finances suit the ActiFrys are really good - Click!

How are you getting on? x

You're doing great. I always find it so hard to resist when my husband eats these foods right in front of me!

Well done!

Oh I agree with Wobbles, an Actifry is just the ticket if budget allows I was making SW chips in the oven, little soldiers all lined in a row haha, but the Actifry really makes them crispy and less faff (can't be doing with faff) plus they are also really good for roasted veg, roast potatoes etc. (I also like throwing in mushrooms, onions and red peppers in with my chips about 10 minutes before they are done, yummy)

I do love the actifry but it's so bulky space is a matter too I guess ... it gets put away and forgotten about sometimes!
