Are these still free on a sp day? What other quorn is free on an sp day?

I'm going to say that yes they are free on SP days (I assume they've the same amount of protein as meat)
They don't show a syns value on the Syns Online and when I've searched in SP recipes for anything with Quorn, it came up with bolognese, so if the quorn mince is ok then I would say all quorn products would be.

I haven't got my SW book handy so I can't check that for reference
