So I'm trialling some SW recipes... last night I made the beef and bean hot pot. Went down well with both me and my non dieting other half (stuck a bit of grated cheese on his) tonight I'm making the cottage pie cobbler. The mince looks lush just hoping the cobblers turn out well.. but just incase I have potato's ready to mash with some greek yogurt. Love cooking.

Well... The cobblers didn't really rise.. but they were still tasty... The mince part was really nice and thick. Had it with a a little mash and some spinach. Lovely comforting meal

I am determined to give the beef/bean hotpot a go !!😀
