Welcome Megan

Generally things look good, but just a few pointers:
You don't seem to have many speed foods in some of your meals. Ideally you want to have at least one third of your plate as speed foods.
Have you made sure that your bread is on the hex b list?
Are you having your hex a choice everyday? And if you are, are you measuring it?
The Denys sausages, are they free or are they synned? The brand doesn't show on the Syns online on the SW website, so I'm guessing you've used the Syns calculator to check?

The main thing to do when you're getting started is to make sure you have your one third of speed foods with each meal, measure your healthy extras, and make sure you count your Syns accurately.

There's plenty of people here to help if and when it's needed xx

Yes I checked the syns of Dennys sausages.. I had speed in the diet coke chicken I had carrots onions peppers and mushrooms.. I'll make sure i eat a lot more speed from now on.. I never drink milk or anything so I never use that? But I did measure my cheese when I used it.. Yes my bread is from the list.. I've been using syn calculator for my syns is this correct to do? Thank you for your reply I really appreciate it x

Yes
I know how confusing it can be starting SW, so I'm just trying to remember what I got stuck on and where I fell down when I first started!

I'm not a milk drinker either, unless it's a hot chocolate
Huge fan of cheese though!

It does take some getting used to, as long as you keep writing everything down and use your hex choices everyday you'll get there

Don't hesitate to ask questions on here, we're always around to help! x

I'm just realising that the bread I buy isn't 400g it's 800g :-( so does that mean I've been doing it wrong then? I'm so confused.. I'm hoping and praying for a loss tomorrow lol.. X

that stinks! But it's a learning curve, don't be annoyed, I've done that sort of thing plenty of times!

It does mean that you've gone over by around 6 Syns on the days you've had 2 slices... But don't let it get you down. At least you've figured it out now rather than 6 weeks down the line like I did! x
