recipe disaster help

Can anyone please help ? I made the grilled spiced pork fillets with green peppercorn sauce - being in aus we dont have fromage frais so I used natural yogurt as google and others have suggested and the pic is the result, it was watery and just tasted of spiced yogurt. Hope pic shows
Anyone else made this with good results ? as in sauce like in a restaurant.
Thanks
Jann

Hi I just found your post, fromage frais is thicker in consistency than yoghurt so this might be why it wasn't successful, do you have quark in Aus? maybe a mix of 50% Quark and 50% yoghurt might work, or even all quark. If that doesn't work why not try a teaspoonful of cornflour slaked with water and count the syn value.
