I'm not sure on the Syns but I know on their menu they have a range of dishes 600 calories or under

Found these so far... Is there anything in particular on the menu that you want? I can try to search specifics

Nothing is coming up? I normally would get like a chicken wrap or maybe skewers without any sauce?

Damn pictures haven't loaded
It won't bring up a chicken wrap, but the pulled pork wrap is 27 Syns, and the Philly Light with peppers is 21 Syns.
It doesn't show skewers, but the tomato & basil soup with half baguette and butter is 15 Syns

Those aren't too bad in perspective. All else fails you could go for a salad, which won't be too bad, or Jacket & beans which at best you may have to count for any butter they put in the potato.
Use the Flexible Syns approach. Set yourself a limit of, as an example, 30 Syns for your night out, and once you reach that limit stop having anything synned. With Flexible Syns you still use your normal 5-15 a day during the rest of the week. You are just allowing yourself to go out and enjoy whatever you do, and still stuck within a limit.
Does that make sense??

Don't let WI stop you from enjoying a night out.
SW is meant to be a lifestyle change and healthy eating plan. The best part about SW is that we can still go out and enjoy a social life and lose weight.
You can always go for something like gammon or steak, and just ask them to swap the chips for a jacket or new potatoes, or a salad.
There's always something you can eat, it's just a case of making smarter choices with what we pick

This week is a big stumbling point though. I'm out for lunch and after work tomorrow. Then weigh in on Thursday then I'm away friday/saturday/Sunday so it's going to be sooo hard to keep to target... I set 2 pounds for this week and I don't want to set any loss for next week
