healthy extras

Do I have to have them every day... for instance tomorrow I'm doing a fry up for breakfast and SW curry for tea but I will be synning 2 weight watcher naans so don't want any other bread

Some days I just don't want dairy either. I don't drink milk so only really have cheese.

You should try to use them. It's important for your health that you get an amount of fibre and calcium every day. To miss them occasionally won't hurt but do your best. How about some nuts or dried fruit as your HEb? Or a Babybel as a snack? It doesn't have to be milk/ cereal/ bread.

I have them but I just feel like I'm force feeding myself... some days it's fine if I can include them in my meals or snacks.

What's the deal with hifi bars? Is it 2 of them for HEB?

Yes, light hifi/light Alpen/light Aldi Benefit bars are 2 for a HEb.
