I always use mine, maybe not all 15 everyday, but I use most of them every week.

If you don't use many at all (say less than 5 a day) you will probably have a good loss that first week, and maybe again a second week. But after that you probably won't lose as much, or maybe anything. Your body needs the Syns, whatever you use them on, to help with the weight losses. It keeps your metabolism working

I try and always use minimum of 5 although if I know I'm going to go over the following day then I will have less. I find it almost impossible to have zero syns as I like to cook with oil and cornflour etc when I need to

When I'm properly in the zone & on track, I use mine weekly, so, yes I have the odd day without any syns, but, over the course of the week I use them all

I struggle to keep within 15 lol. Doesn't help I like things that are 7syns each. My leader did point out though to be careful you don't use up all your syns because it's the end of the day and you think you should finish your 15...if you're not hungry then there's no need

I wondered about this as well, I used mine most days and yesterday, my first day back on the SW plan I used all but half a syn!! I would like to keep to about 10 a day but I think i'll be using them all on a daily basis until I get used to the plan again!!

No it doesn't. It might for the first week, but after that it doesn't. You must use your Syns, I'm not saying all of them but you have to use some.
Keeping to 10 a day is perfectly fine, you don't have to use all 15 everyday, but you have to use some otherwise you end up feeling deprived and you are more likely to binge on lots of syn filled things and go off track.

Don't be scared to use them, that's why they are there
