Hi, this is a question for the missus who unfortunately doesnt eat veg atall only peas in the tin?
she want to lose weight like myself but can she do it without the veg? finding it hard to think up recipes for her, she very awkward like will only eat english traditional type foods and wont venture away to lovely meals like chinese or indian cuisine?
She does like fruit mind, well bananas and clementines.
So can one lose without the VEG? cheers
