Hi can't recommend SW enough! I doubted it when I started back in January and had hoped to lose half a pound each week (which would have taken me to target by June 2017) but I've lost more than that. As you get closer to target, it does get trickier but it has been a complete lifestyle change for me and my family; I'm cooking more and I'm looking at food different and I'm having to buy new clothes because my previously thinner clothes are too big!
