I'm a newbie to this site...Am looking for like-minded people, I did lose a stone and a half but have put it all back on..Looking for help an inspiration anywhere I n get it.

I'm in the same boat as you, I lost over 2 stone and then put it all back on (plus a little extra) so I'm working my way back down to my target again
